    There is a resolution of 0.5/1/5um.


    Depending on the requirements of the customers, customized encoder lengths (L0) can be offered.(Length:1000-3000mm)


    Optical Sensors: The encoder is equipped with multiple optical sensors or detectors positioned around the disc or ring. These sensors detect the optical markings as the disc rotates and convert them into electrical signals.


    Code Patterns: The optical markings on the encoder disc can take different forms depending on the encoding scheme used. Gray codes are often preferred because they ensure that only one bit changes between adjacent positions, reducing the likelihood of errors during position transitions.


    Resolution: The resolution of an absolute optical angle encoder is determined by the number of markings or codes on the disc. Higher-resolution encoders have more markings and provide finer angular resolution. The resolution is typically specified in bits or counts per revolution (CPR).
